A social club is a private, non-profit association of adults — not a shop and not a bar. Members pay an association fee, the club runs its own premises, and use is personal, indoors and members-only. In Tenerife Sur the model is tolerated because associations respect those boundaries.
Is cannabis legal in Tenerife?+
