What Is a Cannabis Social Club — and What It Is Not
The short version
A cannabis social club is a private, non-profit association of adults who share a collective interest. It is not a shop, not a bar, and not open to the public. Members pay an association fee, the association runs its own premises, and the money keeps the roof up — it doesn't buy anyone a pound of anything.
The legal footing
In Spain, personal use is treated as an administrative matter rather than a criminal one, and what happens within a private space is largely protected. Clubs are the shared version of that private space: closed membership, own premises, adults only, consumption kept inside and for personal use, never in public. Courts have largely backed the model when associations honour it.
What it is not
It is not a delivery service, a corner shop, or a tourist experience with a QR code. A club that acts like retail isn't a club — it's a liability for the whole scene. The 'membership' means something: you join, you're vetted, you're recorded, and the association is accountable for you. That paperwork is what keeps the doors open.
How Green Corner does it
Your purchase here is a 1-of-1 digital collectible — your Member Idol, minted from your serial and yours to keep. On the club side it records as a visit card that puts you on the members' list for a year of access. It is not an offer of admission. The door decides, in person, with ID. The house is private, and it stays private for everyone's sake.
The house rules
Inside only, never in public. Personal use only, no sharing outside the association. Strictly 18+. Respect the staff, the neighbours and the other members. Discretion goes both ways. That's the whole contract — keep it and the corner stays a nice place to be.
The best way to understand is to visit.
A year of member access runs €15 through this site, €20 at the door. Your 1-of-1 collectible with access inside — the door still decides. 18+.
